But ultimately no matter how much I tried to ignore that fact, it was accurate, my thoughts where the base of my anxiety. I experimented with it. The higher I focused my energy on the anxiety the more powerful my anxiety attack became. So with the aid of a therapist, I was able to work on my thoughts and defeat my anxiety.

It would be a lie to say I am anxiety free, but I am much more able to deal with anxiety, I have more coping strategies. Coping with anxiety is now much easier for me.
